Joshua Christensen
Joshua is a dedicated, passionate attorney who diligently fights to protect the rights of his clients. He focuses his practice on representing victims of motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and bad faith claims against insurance companies. As an avid motorcyclist since the age of sixteen, Joshua understands the details of these accidents better than most attorneys as well as the impact a motorcycle accident can have on a rider and their family. As an attorney, Joshua now combines his experience as a rider and his legal training to protect his clients.
Joshua also handles automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, wrongful death claims, and complex cases that involve commercial truck accidents. Prior to joining LLG, he served as a litigator for a large firm handling disability claims in front of federal judges.
Since the beginning of his legal career, Joshua has also shown a strong desire to use his time and his legal education to give back to his local community. He has represented children in both custody and dependency matters. Prior to moving to Florida, Joshua supervised a branch of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, a free income tax program that assists low-income families. Since moving to Palm Beach County with his wife, Joshua continues to participate in a number of charitable programs and currently serves as Youth Director at his local church.
